The Long-Term Vision
Ultimately, I envision CIMA becoming more of a multidisciplinary psychological practice centered around human development, mental health, performance, and well-being. That could eventually include:
-
Helping athletes and performers develop the psychological skills necessary to perform effectively.
-
Providing evidence-informed mental health treatment for individuals navigating psychological challenges.
-
Developing expertise in psychological assessment and testing for complex psychiatric disorders.
-
Integrating both psychotherapy and medication management under one practice, creating an easy experience for clients under one roof.
-
Creating educational resources, workshops, workbooks, courses, presentations, and other opportunities to improve mental health, mental performance, psychiatric disorders, and medication knowledge more accessible across the state of Idaho.
-
Building relationships across all Idaho schools, colleges, athletic programs, healthcare professionals, coaches, families, and other organizations.
